Many of us have found ourselves in leadership roles where we're suddenly responsible for building our teams, often without the luxury of a dedicated HR department or formal training in recruitment practices. This is an exclusive and free alumni workshop at Sydney Business School led by Dr Renee Cunial, an Associate Lecturer at UOW, who specialises in employment relations.
About Dr Renee Cunial:
Dr Renee Cunial earned a Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations) and Doctor of Philosophy from the 51²è¹Ý. Bringing a wealth of experience, Renee teaches in the areas of industrial relations, human resource management and work, health and safety. She received an OCTAL nomination in 2024 for teaching excellence. She is also the post graduate representative for the Association of Industrial Relations Academics in Australia and New Zealand (AIRAANZ).
